Good evening gamers,
I recently acquired a used pc from a co-worker as he barely used it nowadays. I took advantage of the Black Friday deals and bought myself a brand new SSD which allowed me to boot windows as the old SSD had Linux and it would not let me switch to windows. I also bought a wifi card today and plugged it into my motherboard. See here's where the problems start. When I boot some games they run smooth great fps nothing wrong. But in the middle of the game, it will either crash the game or the whole computer. The crashing does not occur when I just using it normally by the way. Any ideas of why this might be occurring and how I may fix it. Fun fact as I was finishing typing this the pc crashed ahaha.
