[SOLVED] Pc crashes then restarts when I launch or try to play a game

If anyone knows what’s going on with my pc I would appreciate the help, currently as of right now everytime I try to open a game on my pc it seems as if some hardware fails and the pc crashes then reboots. Me and my dad have both looked at it and one thing we have noticed is that the issue never occurred until me and him installed a new aio I got for Christmas.
