Question PC crashes to blue screen of death when playing old games

Dec 24, 2018
Here is my dxdiag: https://pastebin.com/ybT70BPz

This is my benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/29946498

Mother: Asrock a320M-HDV R4.0

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Vega 8 graphics

Ram: 16gb dual channel 3000Mhz

Power Supply: Thermaltake smart 500W 80+ white

HDD: Seagate 1 TB

I can run WOW in ultra at 60 fps, but there would be times that the game starts to lag and suddenly all the pc crashes to the blue screen of death, the error code says "THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER". I lowered the graphics and it stopped happening.

It also happened with Yakuza Kiwami, I can run it in ultra at 60 fps but there are times that the game drop fps and suddenly the pc crashes displaying the same message.

I've played other games without any issues, such as Minecraft, Valorant and Devil May Cry 5. Not a single crash in any of them.

So here is a list of things I tried:

-I have the latest bios version for my motherboard.

-I tried to run the Windows Troubleshoot, it displays an error.

-I have the latest drivers for my GPU.

-I tried running the games in compatibility mode.

-I tried to do a Startup Repair, it displayed an error message.

I don't know what else can I try. I'm honestly tired and I just want to start enjoying my PC, but I just can't. Please help me.
