PC Crashes when gaming unless underclocking gpu. PLEASE HELP

Hello. My current specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 1500x
EVGA 450B PSU
Palit GTX 1060 3GB
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (3000mhz + 2400mhz)
ASRock A320M dgs

My PC never used to do this and could run any game on high/max settings but all of a sudden started to crash. The screen sometimes goes pixelated before it crashes and sometimes may even crash the entire pc.

Could also be your lower quality power supply aside from overheating issues. Was the card overclocked at one point?

I have never overclocked my GPU and I have also been thinking that it might be the power supply.

gpu temp when gaming?

Varies from 40 - high 70s when it would hit 83c (the temp limit) it would crash.
