games that doesn't reach 75 is playble but once reached the screen and audio freezes, forcing me to restart the pc.

below are the specs:
processor: i7 9700kf
gpu: msi rtx 2070 ventus gp
psu: ThermalTake Smart RGB 600w 80Plus

EDIT: welp forget about it, now it just crashed at 68 while playing minecraft 😕

Solution
PSU: ThermalTake Smart RGB 600w 80Plus
The first thing I'd do is swap the PSU out for a more reliably built unit that has at least 550W of power, but 650W would be a good headroom for the entire system if you have an overclock on the platform.

If the system is taxed and the system reboots, then it's either;
a| a thermal issue, the cooling is insufficient, for either the VRM, the CPU or the GPU or the chipset even
or
b| the PSU can't deliver necessary power for the entire platform.
