Question PC crashes when I connect 2 monitors

Hi, I'm not able to use 2 monitors,
I turn on the PC with the 2 mintors connected a DVI and HDMI, go to the Windows start screen and freeze
When I turn on only 1 of the 2 monitors it starts normally, when I connect another monitor with only 1 of them on the desktop the PC freezes again

I tried to enter security mode to see if there was any problem.
I disabled all third-party programs to see if there was any interfering
All Drivers updated to latest version(All of them using manufacturer drivers)
But I couldn't solve


Motherboard: hm410m-hdv
Processor: I3 10100f
8gb Ram
GPU: Radeon RX 550/2gb
Win11
2 Monitor Generic, (I've always used this 2 monitors)

Yes, before I used the 2 normally, But it was with win10 pro

maybe. i using win 11

Maybe, I'll take my 2 monitors to a friend's house to see if there's any problem, otherwise I'll reinstall Win10 to see if it works again

Tested at my friend's house worked normal
I reinstalled Win10 Pro 64bit, and it keeps freezing when I use 2 monitors
