As the title says my pc crashes pretty consistently when i open elden ring but only when i have an internet connection both wi-fi and ethernet.
This is a problem i used to have with League of Legends but that one just.. kinda fixed itself.

I don't believe it's a hardware issue since I've swapped out all parts since it first started happening. Even did a fresh install of windows not too long ago.

Has anyone dealt with this before? If I manage to get in the game it's completly stable the entire time. Only the moment i open it.
I'm guessing it's when it tries to connect to a game server but i have no idea why it would crash my entire pc.

Any help is appreciated thanks.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, or bitmining?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer. Either one or both tools may be capturing some error codes, warnings, or even informational events just before or at the time of the crashes.

Post what you find.

My rig hasn't been used very heavily.
My main drive that i use for games (other one is storage) has 500 GB out of 828 so pretty empty.

Now event viewer i struggle to read lmao. There's quite a bit of information.
But there is a 'critical' event that happens every time.
I'm not quite sure what to post but it's ID says 18 and source is "WHEA-logger".
"
Der er opstået en alvorlig hardwarefejl.

Rapporteret af komponent: Processorkerne
Fejlkilde: Machine Check Exception
Fejltype: Bus/Interconnect Error
Processor-APIC-id: 10"

Which is actually different from last time i had this problem where it said something like id number 41 kernel power or something like that.

There's an information log that happens the same second that says something like:
"WLAN AutoConfig-tjenesten er startet." (er started just means "has started")

I don't know if you want me to just copy all 4 events that happen on the crash. 3 of them are information and 1 is a critical failure. It's quite a bit of text lmao.

Thanks for helping :)
