Question PC Crashes when I use higher frequency

My specs:
I3 9100f
Asus Prime H310M E R2.0
Rx 560 2gb
2x4 DDR4 Ramsta 4gb 2666mhz
x1 WD Blue 500gb
x1 Kingston 128gb
Acer prebuilt 250w PSU

My problem is that after buying another stick of the same memory I had in the first place my PC crashes after booting up Windows, I set it to 1333mhz and its running stable and no crashes. Though I still wanna know whats the problem when I run it to 1333mhz higher or the default 2400mhz it crashes after boot. I tried the two sticks individually and they ran fine, also tried them individually on each slot and no problems but when I boot my PC crashes @ higher frequency. Any fix for this? Ty in advance

1333MHz x2 = 2666MHz.

FYI, how old is that Acer 250W PSU? Even if the unit is brand new, you're severely ill equipped for the entire system while the RX560 is populating the PCIe slot, you're going to need at least 450W from a reliably built PSU.

I upgraded my psu (EVGA 450w 80+ Bronze) and I set the ram frequency to the max the cpu supports but when I set it to 2400mhz or the max supported it still BSODS, backing down the frequency to 1333mhz made it stable again. Any solutions to this or is this normal???
