When i play certain games like rust, ark, ryse son of rome, my pc will randomly crash and restart while im playing. It only does this on a few games for example when i play Hitman 3 the PC never crashes. Ive tried updating my drivers, bios and windows and none of those have fixed it. The components dont seem to be overheating since the CPU and GPU are always between 50-70C when gaming.
This mainly started happening after i upgraded my components but also happened before. (When i upgraded i also restarted windows)
My PC previously had:

Motherboard: asus p8p67 pro
CPU: i5 3470
GPU: RX 570 4gb
RAM: Ripjaws 2x8gb DDR3 RAM
Storage: Crucial 500GB SSD, 1TB Western Digital HDD
PSU: Aero Cool Integrator OEM 500W 80+ Bronze PSU

i then upgraded my PC to:
Motherboard: Gigabyte h150m h rev1.7
CPU: i5 11400f
GPU: RX 570 4gb (same)
RAM: Corsair 2x8gb DDR4
Storage: Crucial 500GB SSD, 1TB Western Digital HDD (same)
PSU: Aero Cool Integrator OEM 500W 80+ Bronze PSU (same)

What immediately stuck out to me was your PSU. Not only are you using the original PSU after upgrading your components, but it's also from Areocool, who are not known for making quality power supplies. Random spikes in power draw while gaming may have been enough for the PC to shut down. Your original configuration draws roughly 300 watts under load, which, with such a low tier power supply, is probably bringing it to its knees. I would immediately swap out that unit out for one from a reputable brand. EVGA, Corsair, and Seasonic are all brands I would recommend. Make sure the power supply you are buying is:

- At minimum 80+ bronze, the higher the better
- At least 500 watts

Do not buy from brands such as Great Wall, Areocool, or Thermaltake. They are cheaply made units. If you want a recommendation, the Corsair RM650x is a solid choice. It is fully modular for easier cable management, has an efficiency rating of 80+ Gold, and is 650 watts, meaning you could upgrade your system later and still have extra headroom. Remember, never skimp on the power supply. It is the foundation of your machine and needs to deliver consistent, stable current.

I'm not sure if that's an error, but the link you sent has the price listed at nearly 300 dollars. For that price I would spring for something else. If it's listed at 60 dollars or less, then, yes, I would say that's a solid unit. It meets both the listed requirements.
