PC crashes when starting games

Hello!

Il try to explain my problem as good as I can.
80% of the time when I'm starting a game or finishing a loading screen (only GTA V), my computer crashes. My PC NEVER crashes while it's idle or when i'm playing the game when it doesn't crash. the image on my two monitors complete freezes and the sound dies and the mouse and keyboard dies as well. There is NO error messages or Blue Screen Of Death it just stops

This has happened since i built it

The only way to get the PC to shut down/restart is to unplug it from the wall

temps on CPU never passes 104F and the GPU averages 118F and maxes at 130F

Nothing is overclocked or overheating and all the latest drivers are installed

No one seems to have an answer for this.

Computer specs:
CPU: Intel G3258
MOBO: ASRock H97M Aniversary
GPU: GTX 960 STRIX 2GB
RAM: 2x 4Gb Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600mHz
PSU: Corsair CX430
HDD: Western digital Blue 1TB
Windows 8.1 64Bit
Everything in the computer is 4 days old

Have you tried uninstalling and re installing your gpu driver?

No. should i try that?

Yes and between uninstalling and reinstalling reboot the PC. It could be something as simple as the gpu driver has become corrupted. Its also an easier thing to do and test, even if you only rule it out as not the problem.
