It also crashes sometimes while playing CSGO, but so far it has only happened while Chrome was open.

Any ideas?

Two of my guesses are graphics drivers and RAM. (sometimes I get a notification that gpu drivers recovered successfully, and my RAM is really old)

if it an old pc, make sure there not dust over heating the gpu. the gpu fan is moving fine, use hardware info make sure the power supply is fine. 12v rail should stay above 12v. if the mb has onboard video pull the gpu see if it runs better. if the gpu a few years old see if a friend has a test card you can use.

I've done stress tests on the CPU and GPU, performed well. Though it is kinda dusty in there...

CPU, GPU, Mobo, SSD, are less than a year old, everything else is very old.

what you want look then is the power supply dropping the 12v rail. make sure in the bios the 12v and other rails are within atx spec at all times. look at windows error log if there lot of kernal power errors see if your old power supply under warranty if not try a test unit.

Everything seems fine in the BIOS. If possible I'd like to not get another PSU...

There are a bunch of kernal power errors, most of them relating to shutting down by holding the power button, which I do because half the time it crashes, the pc freezes and the monitor displays a weird color.
