Run Memtest86(free version) overnight. The more memory you have, the longer it takes.Different dates purchased but they are the same even the serial
RM650X PSUDetails of specs are missing but sounds like PSU from your account. Could also be GPU if you are encoding through NVENC though. Only way to know for sure is to test with substitutes, good quality ones. I would start with the PSU typically.
Looks like quality parts. Could be a bad apple in there. Above suggestion still applies.RM650X PSU

is there any stress tests, memory tests, etc. that could be useful to diagnose a possible faulty component?Looks like quality parts. Could be a bad apple in there. Above suggestion still applies.
GPU stress tests are there if you have not tried already...is there any stress tests, memory tests, etc. that could be useful to diagnose a possible faulty component?
Has it always done this? How many sticks of RAM do you have, what frequency, were they all from the same kit?while editing my pc either black screens or power spikes causing a restart. I believe this may be my gpu but maybe powersupply but everything in my pc is still under warranty if it may be other parts so any answer would be appreciated

You have a good quality PSU, I would be surprised if that was insufficient for those specs. When your video encoding are you using the GPU? If so, is it stable when using CPU encoding?
Also what motherboard do you have?

32GBs takes about 13hours to complete, last I remember.
If there's even ONE error, it's failed the test.
