PC crashes while playing games after windows 10 update

So I just recently updated my windows 10 on my PC and my games have started to crash after a few seconds of having them open, I have tried under clocking my GPU and games run for a bit longer but my PC still crashes

PC specs
Pentium g4400
Gigabyte RX 460 (just got it a few weeks ago)
8gb ddr4 ram 2133mhz
When im playing games GPU temps are around 45° Celsius and cpu around 50 - 55
450w thermal take power supply 80 plus bronze efficiency
ive had the system for around 5 months
Any help would be greatly appreciated

just a guess but sounds like this PSU is not high enough wattage which you are proving by underclocking the gpu

The PSU should be good enough, my brother has a 350w and his is fine
btw my pc only uses around 200-300w

I have the same issue. I recently updated to windows 10 after getting the rx560 and mine keeps crashing mid way through games...
