PC crashes while Playing games and then restarts

For a couple of days now my PC has been crashing and restarting whilst playing games like PUBG and BF5. The temperature's I've got during PUBG were around 70 to 75 on my GPU and around 50 to 60 on my Cpu, I'm not sure if those are overheating temperature or if it's something else. During games like resident evil 2 remake however it appears to be fine.

Is that PSU old or new? If old, how old is it? To note, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

The PSU I got December 2017 so not too old I don't have the latest bios for my motherboard.
