It happens to me everytime I'm playing some games, I play for 30+ minutes and then out of nowhere the game freezes for like 2 seconds and my monitors loose signal. Sound keeps playing normally or in a loop. I have to turn the PC off my holding the power button. I didnt oc. My PC is a hp pavilion 500-202ec with a rx460 gpu.

Solution
I would clean out your PC, get all the dust and debris out. Take out your GPU and re-seat it carefully cleaning the PCIE slots as you go. Make sure all cables are plugged in properly. I would use something like the latest version of DDU (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to uninstall then reinstall your GPU drivers. See if that helps at all. If not my guess is a crappy PSU, the ones in pre-built PCs are notoriously bad and cheaply made.

My cpu is at 65 to 68°C and GPU around 60°C while I play and my drivers are up to date.

What are the specs of your PC? (i.e. CPU, Power Supply etc.) Does this happen with all games or just one in particular?

AMD A10-5700 CPU
300W PSU
GIGABYTE RX 460 4GB GPU
Mothearboard is probably MS-7778 (Not 100% sure)
16GB RAM
WD Blue 1TB HDD

Happens to all games I play (BF4, BF3, Overwatch)

You're cutting it pretty close to 300W. I would guess that your PSU can't handle your hardware at full load. I'm guessing you added the video card after you bought the pre-built HP? That GPU uses somewhere around 18w-75w. If it's a pre built I would imagine the PSU isn't great to begin with.

Yes I added the GPU after i bought the PC, about 3 months ago, but I haven't had any issues until the last 2 weeks.
