Question pc crashes

i upgraded my RAMs from 8gb to 16gb . i had 4 gb x2 in slot 2 /4
i put the 8gb in slot 3 ,
i have tuf h370pro gaming MB
my pc crashes every 30 mins of use ..
also using a new , asus strix fusion 300 headset putting in 2.0 usb any ideas ?

Can you return the RAM for an additional 2x4GB? Depends on the speed/type of your RAM, is it all the same make/model/speed? Is the Bios on your 370 current? Perhaps your mobo does not like having 2x4 RAM & then 1 stick of 8GB installed. Have to tried the RAM in different slots? Try the system with just the 8GB installed. how does it run? The same with the other RAM.

only the 2x gb runs so smooth i removed the extra 8gb ram now its fine . both same speed 2400hz

The CAS Latency (CL) timings of your RAM.

So you would want you new 8GB stick to match your 4GB RAM timings, "16-16-16-39".
