PC Crashing and I need some help

Hey guys I just built my new PC here are the specs
CPU - i7-6700k 4.0 ghz
GPU - GTX Gigabyte 980ti G1
PSU - SuperNova 650W
Nothing overclocked
My GPU seems to be getting to about 65-70 degrees and the PC just crashed no sound or blackscreen, just a freeze. It crashes when im gaming, playing fallout 4 or rome total war. I looked at my CPU temps and they are fine so I assume its my GPU or maybe my PSU, im pretty sure its not my RAM but I could be wrong

Remove your GPU, and try running with the motherboard onboard graphics only (very low settings obviously)
If your computer is reliable without your GPU, you need to RMA your GPU

If the card is around 70 degrees when you're gaming that's normal.

How much RAM do you have? Assume between 8-16GB.

Also assume your graphics drivers are up to date?

sorry for late reply and I should have said I have 32GB of DDR 4
