Question PC crashing and no display on boot ?

Hi, my PC has suddenly playing up. When i boot 9 times out of 10 i get no display and have to keep rebooting until finally i get the boot screen, shortly after i get the boot screen i usually crash where screen freezes and sometimes just stays frozen until i power cycle and reboot 5-6 times until i get display back. I blue screened 1 time and got kernal trap mode but that was only once and every other time its either straight away pc reboots itself or just stays frozen screen. All latests drivers installed and tried fresh windows install, PLEASE HELP. I5 12600k, 3090ti, Z690-A gaming wifi d4, 32gb ram
