[SOLVED] PC Crashing and stuttering noise and restarts

gpu 1060 6gb
psu cx 500
16 gb ddr4 ram
128 gb ssd
1tb hdd

my temps are at 50-70 degrees whilst gaming for cpu sometimes going to 75 - 80 after several hours. gpu is at 50 degrees . pc keeps crashing after longtime gaming sesh

You are going to have to test without the overclock for a while then. It may no longer be stable.
If it still crashes after your long sessions, then I'd suspect the power supply.
