Question PC Crashing due to High Unknown Temperature

Hey all,
I recently built a PC and have had some huge issues with crashing and possible overheating. Have completely remade the PC twice now and even replaced the Liquid Cooler. I am using a hardware monitor to oversee temps and performance and there is one thing that is not normal. I am seeing no overheating but there is a temperature #5 that is spiking randomly temps above 100 C and quickly receding to 24 C. All other temps are fine and GPU is performing normally. Mainly just want to find out what temp 5 means and how to fix the random spikes in temperature readings.

Try HWinfo and or some other program, may give you more info.
