Question PC crashing during games, involving kernel error 41 and nvlddmkm ?

I've recently ran into issues with both these errors. I've searched and went thru all easy solutions I can find and cant seem to pinpoint the issue. I'm not very tech savvy when it comes

to pcs but trying to learn. I'm curious as I'm pretty sure I'm down to the gpu or power supply and need help. I've reset my pc/windows 10. Completely ran thru all the power options for

the kernel error. Did a memory error check. Using Run in admin mode to check files fix windows 10 errors. I've cleaned up the pc a bit (not perfect) but I don't think cleanliness is the

issue. Any tips would be greatly appreciated as I don't really know where to go from here without just throwing money at it which I can't really afford too. System is a little over 2 years

old. Should also have specified my game crashes but pc keeps running and stops connecting to monitor.

Motherboard Asrock B550M-C
GPU Asus 3060 12GB
CPU Ryzen 5600X
RAM Corsair Vengence Pro 16GB 3200 mhz
PSU Apevia 800W prestige power 80+gold

Are the specs to the build, above, an upgrade or are they parts to a brand new build? Can you check and see what your BIOS version for your motherboard is at this moment of time? If the PSU's been in service for a while, please add the age of the unit.

This was my first pc as it was during the hard time of getting gpus i bought a prebuilt unit from Newegg. I purchased 9/21/2021. It says P 1.00 for the bios from what i can tell

Is that for the 30 series cards tho is says 40 series. Just want to make sure first. Also do ive never done that before could you possibly explain it so I dont mess it up lol. I did a quick search on it so you dont have to explain it. Im trying to learn on the fly.

I formatted to fat32 drive copied file pasted file ran it twice to update bios and both times said invalid file.
I was able to use the 1.5 update also updated all motherboard programs from website i have to work a double today so hopefully all those things will help.

well i ran into a issue. I went to 1.5 but also went down motherboard download list which was fine did all those. Then proceeded to try making sure my processor was on the right track. Went to do the StoreMI download when it completed restarted and got BSOD. it came up with these two code Kernal_mode_heap_corruption and also Bad_Pool_Caller. I reverted back to were i could and now im here but at least i know any suggestions?

Welp came home from work tried booting up and got another error Critical Process Died. I has reverted back before but now I can’t run any command prompt can’t reset pc at all. All day can’t be done.
