PC crashing even after repair shop found nothing wrong

For a while now my PC would freeze randomly during gaming, and even while internet browsing or idle. The screen would lock up, no audio out, no possible input. The only thing to do was reset with the power button.

I checked everything myself by swapping components with a friend, I ran stress tests, none of my hardware was faulty. I reinstalled Windows, it would still happen.

Eventually, it stopped even booting - it would POST, get to the BIOS screen and freeze.
After I had tried everything I could think of and had had enough, I took it to a PC repair place for diagnostics. They kept it for over 24 hours, ran diagnostics on everything, ran stress tests, reseated all the parts themselves, kept it running for hours at a time... And found nothing wrong. It would not freeze or crash or lock up or anything.

I take it home, and it runs fine for a while, I launch Overwatch and play for about half an hour... And it crashes again. Now it's back to the same issue of freezing at the BIOS screen.

I am at my wit's end! If anyone has any advice, I am all ears.

GPU: EVGA GTX 760
MOBO: Gigabyte FX990-UD3 rev 4.0
RAM: Corsair XMS3 DDR3
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 250GB
HDD: WD 1TB
PSU: Corsair CX600 (UK)

Is it possible that you have an electrical issue where you plug in your PC? Do you connect your PC directly to a wall outlet? Or, do you connect to a power strip or UPS?

use hwinfo sensor page to chaek all voltages and temp with fan speed also did you check the outlet they might be to many things on is line and breaker trip off did they use the power cable you use at home from pc to outlet on psu .

I have tried different wall sockets, a surge protected power strip and also different power cables - it still happens.

Here's a link to the hwinfo sensor log up until the last crash, if it means anything to you. I started gaming at around 17:45 and it crashed roughly 15 minutes later.

I ran hwinfo and saved the .csv file after a crash during gaming. I've attached it in case it is useful to you - it means nothing to me I'm afraid! I started gaming at around 17:45 and it crashed roughly 15 minutes later.

I believe the outlet is fine, and I've tried different cables and outlets with the same result.

I have another PSU that I can test and get back to you. What could that voltage fluctuation indicate?

Also, since the problem occurs no matter where I plug it in, do you think it's worth getting the socket tester? Surely not all my sockets are compromised, haha!

Also, update: currently it only seems to be freezing while gaming. Specifically Overwatch - I have not tried other games yet. GPU runs at a maximum of 98 degrees C, but when I ran the game at very low settings it still froze at 70 degrees.

with the tester you will know if wiring is good since the gpu get up in high temp check if the fan on it spin as it should i would try another gpu for test also see if you could reduce the overwatch to minimal settings on video .
