Question PC crashing, GPU Overheating

So when I launch a game my CPU overheating to 80 degrees and reboots itself and suggestion what to do, please?

Did you make any recent changes to that system?
The i5-6600K CPU reaching 80°C will not cause a system to power off.
What's the GPU temperature?
Could you post your PSU model?
I have monitored the temp one I have launched a game it immediately went up to 80-70 CPU and PC crashed.
