PC crashing like someone unplugged it!

My PC is just randomly crashing like someone unplugged it. I cleaned out all the dust and it still did this. I checked my BIOS and its the correct version. It happened a couple times while I was playing CS:GO, but it also happened when the PC was sitting idle. I switched outlets and everything. I don't know whats going on, HELP!

Motherboard: M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU: AMD FX: 8350
GPU: GTX 550ti
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600W
RAM: 8gb idk what brand
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

I don't even know how to overclock them so no, and my GPU is usually like 70-80° C, I don't know how to check CPU temp when playing
