Question PC crashing randomly, no blue screen, it just restarts ?

Hello, as stated my pc is randomly restarting. Started doing this last week, i thought it was overheating maybe so i cleaned it out but the problem still persists. Its not blue screened at all and i cant figure out what the cause of the problem is. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Specs:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Ryzen 9 3950X
GPU: 3090 FE
RAM: 3600mhz Corsair 4x8gb
Motherboard: ROG STRIX X570-F
PSU: Corsair HX850 Platinum
Cooling: 240mm Water Cooled Thermaltake

Edit: Something i also noticed, just before my PC crashs the audio goes kinda messed up

Had the same problem. What I THINK ended up being the fix, was to install the newest audio/LAN drivers from the MOBO manufacturer and set the energy plan to balanced or energy saving.

Here's what I've tried before that:

• Updated BIOS
• Updated & reinstalled CPU & GPU drivers
• Reseated GPU & RAM
• Replugged Front panel connectors.
• Cleaned and reapplied thermal paste to CPU
• Ran memtest86 w/o any errors
• /sfc scannow in cmd
• Turned off automatically restart in windows
• Turned off fast start
• Tried Unplugging all external devices
• replaced PSU
• Reinstalled windows ( Windows update --> install CPU chipset/GPU drivers)
• Set Default/Optimized settings in BIOS.

The problem persisted throughout every step.
