PC Crashing to Random Colored Screen During Games

Recently my computer has been crashing to a random colored screen during certain games. Games like Sims 4 and Fortnite which my computer run fine until the crashes. It'll just crash to a randomly colored screen, it usually works for 5 or more minutes but not more then half an hour. The only way I can fix it is by hard rebooting my computer. Anyone have any ideas?

Radeon RX 480
Intel Core I5
8 GB ram
64 Bit OS

Hope someone can help. I also have plenty of space available in my computer.

use hwinfo on sensor page check temp voltages and fans speed of gpu and cpu and what is the psu you have .

My power supply is Thermaltake SMART 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX. And it's 1 year 4 months old.
