Hi!
I just installed a new game and it worked smoothly until it suddenly crashed my PC during a cutscene. I had played for like 5 mins. I updated my GPU drivers, cleaned out possible dust, lowered the graphics settings and tested again. It worked fine until the same part of the same cutscene and it crashed my pc again. I'm not getting over 75c GPU or 55c CPU. My specs listed below shows that my PSU should be able to handle my system, I used (https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator) to check.

I have also checked my system for malware, corrupt files and outdated drivers. I have no clue what the issue might be. If anyone has any ide I'm more than grateful for answers.

(Motherboard is clear of warning LEDs, except for a few flashes when the PC turns on but that's normal?)

Specs:
GeForce RTX 3060ti
Intel Core i5-10400 2.9GHz
Seasonic FOCUS GX 650w
MSI MAG B560 Tomahawk wifi
8x2Gb 3600MHz DDR4
NZXT Kraken X63 (AIO Cooler)

Look in Reliability History/Monitor for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events that are captured just before or at the time of the crashes.

There are other tools that can be used in a similar manner. However, Reliability History/Monitor is user friendly and easier to understand.

Any giver error can be clicked for more details. The details may or may not be helpful.

If I had a problem that only occurred after installing new software, my first thought would be that it is related to the software.

I have looked in the Event Viewer and I'm getting Event ID-41 and ID-6008. I also got ID-10010 and looked it up. Seems like some people have had similar issues. So I deleted the GameBarPresenceWriter from my PC hoping it would resolve the issue, but now I'm getting Event ID-10000 instead. This is also related to the GameBarPresenceWriter. Do you think I'm completely off thinking this might be the problem? Seems weird.
