[SOLVED] PC crashing when trying to play certain games HELP!

My computer crashes when i try to play certain games or just cant run them at all even tho my specs should be able to : Power supply 600Watts (specs attached in thumbnail) . For example when i try to play Overwatch my CPU usage skyrockets and my computer crashes before i even get into the game. This also happened for Borderlands 3 and with roblox, I have attacked images of me monitoring temperatures and usage when trying to play Overwatch.

1)8GBs of ram, probably single channel. That would hurt performance.

2)'600w psu', make and model not included. Quality unknown. A bad unit wouldn't be able to handle an RX 480.

Psu isn't a very good one.
Did it make any high-pitched, or whining noise during game play?

No the noise doesn't really change, the fans are just a bit louder.

So the psu is running warmer, or the fan bearing are about to give...
