PC Specs: I3 4170 3.7 Ghz
Graphics Card: 2048MB ATI Radeon RX 460
Ram : 8 GB
1 TB Hard Drive
MotherBoard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H81M-R
Monitor: Asus VG245HE via HDMI Cable.( in case it is problem with my monitor / cable connection)
So First Time this happened i was playing league of legends 1v1 with a friend. it went ok but then it threw me out of the game (crashed ) and after relaunching league and playing normally for 1 min Suddenly Green Screen Appeared on My monitor and crashed entire pc . it was there for around 6 seconds before going black.
And now it happened to me for second time but, This time it was Red Screen .
it happened while playing overwatch compeditive and like in league crashing mid game (with error message " woops your rendering device has been lost" ).
After Re-Launching the game and having around 5 fps when i got in like 30 seconds after pc crashed again but this time it was RED Screen and it didnt disappear till i didnt restart my pc.
