Question PC crashing with buzzing noise

Hello, I have had trouble with my PC crashing on and off for two years. It mostly happens when I am gaming. I have tried test replacements for my CPU, GPU and PSU. None of those things fixed the problem. Every time I replace something it will stop crashing for a month or so and then start crashing again. Both sticks of RAM have been tested and had zero errors. The PC is fairly new and I don't know what else to try. I never get blue screens but when it does crash its a total system lock up with a terrible buzzing noise that comes through my headphones and I am forced to manually restart. All my internal temperatures are normal when I am gaming, so I don't think it's an overheating problem. Any thoughts?

I think it is a problem with your HDD if you use one
Did you replace your disk recently?

Motherboard chipset drivers. Clean out temp files and registry using ccleaner from piriform.com

I have an SSD and I have not replaced it. It could be failing but It never have crashes when booting up.

I don't know then i never expirienced something like this,i had similar problem with the monitor and the problem was the gpu.

is a benchmark of prime 95 blend test, stable ? (stable = not droping a worker for like 3 hours)

to test the ram thoroughly, you can use "ramtest"

monitor your temperatures while you do this : hwmonitor

I tested both sticks of RAM using Memtest86 but I didn't monitor temps while doing so
