Question Pc crashing with XMP enabled 3200Mhz

My pc would just hard shut down during games (especially in loading screens). I have been troubleshooting this whole week after i got home from work. And finally today i figured it out: when enabling XMP in the bios @3200Mhz my pc would hard shut down. When turning off XMP and restore my bios to default it would run perfect without shutting down (@2666Mhz)

i just can’t figure out why this happens with XMP enabled

1 m.2 ssd & 1 sata ssd
