Question PC crashing

Hello, every time I play Apex Legends my PC freezes then I do a hard restart and it keeps freezing without playing the game. Most of the time I can’t get past the windows loading screen. I have reinstalled windows multiple times and then it works again but as soon as Apex legends freezes it does it all over again... I will post my spec below. Could anyone help

CASE- Coolermaster Masterbox Lite 5

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU- EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ultra TC

PSU- CORSAIR - RMx Series 750W

MB- ROG Crosshair VI Hero

MEMORY- CORSAIR Vengeance 16 GB

Drive - 1x 500gb Samsung SSD, 1x 1 TB WD HDD

OS - Windows 10 Pro

I play rocket league playing at the highest graphic settings and have tested my GPU. No issues.
