What was the component you upgraded?

Are you running any overclock anywhere or even XMP on your RAM at all?
Does it only ever crash under load?
Have you monitored CPU core (not just whole package) temps and GPU temps under load?
There is a option called A-XMP 2 in BIOS menu which i use right now, but it crashes without it too
Yeah it only crashes when i play bigger games

Only iterating what @WildCard999 has already said. My next option was to point out the VS series- many of us have had countless issues with these PSUs.
And the Seasonic one WildCard has suggested is fantastic ( I Use the FOCUS PLUS series myself which comes with 10 years ).

Even if the problem doesn't turn out to be the PSU (which it very well could be with the VS series) - you've not lost by upgrading to the Seasonic. You can also then rest easy knowing your components are safe.
