Question pc crashing

how can i diagnose my computer its a new laptop but i am ont sure why its crashing in windows 11

brand new laptop windows 11 crashing and freezing
msi katana 17 b12v

why does it crash also how can i go about making sure using a test or anything making sure that it's no hardware issue?
