Question Pc crashing

Pc keeps crashing when i alt tab, it also says the system has been posted to safe mode every time boot and takes me to bios, pc also won’t restart , have to fully power down and turn back on any ideas?

6700 xt
Ryzen 7 5800x3d
36gb 3600
750 gold
B550 plus

When I put my old rx 580 in I haven’t noticed that problem yet so don’t know if it’s an issue with my 6700xt

What is the desired or required reason for using ALT-TAB?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured just before or at the time of the crashes?

My current thought being that some other app or utility has pre-empted the key presses and the host OS is not able to respond as necessary.

Is the 6700xt card configured to the PCIEx 1 Port in the BIOS? Can you try it in another PC? Try resetting the CMOS by removing the CMOS Battery for a few hours then reinstall it and install the 6700XT card then see if the motherboard will detect it and see if the system will POST and boot to Windows. If it does not work the card may be faulty.
