I know this is one of those things where I'll probably never find a real answer with this vague of a problem, but basically the title says it all. Randomly my pc cursor will start moving in slow motion, I won't be able to click on anything, and my headset will start beeping once every I'd say 0.3 seconds. The only way I fix it is simply by restarting my computer. This isn't really a huge problem for me since it only happens maybe once in every 3 days or so, but I'd like to know the solution. Basic SPECS: RTX 3060TI, R9 5950X, water cooled, 48gb of ram (low temps on cpu and gpu at all times when I monitored)

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
