Question PC dead help

So one day i turned off my pc and everything was fine. When i later turned it back on the screen would stay black as if the system was still asleep and i noticed the psu has started making a repetitive clicking noise every 3-4 seconds. Whats the issue here, should i replace the psu?

Could be PSU but also many other things, until you start changing parts, it would not be clear what.
