I have a D875PBZ motherboard intel pentium 4 3.20ghz with 2 KVR400/1gr and 2 KVR400x64c3a memory sticks tried to upgrade to 2 kits of (2x1GB) of DDR PC3200 400mhz m368l2923fln Samsung. Pulled the battery and got it to go into bios and it says I have 4gb. Reset clock and date back out and it still wont boot to windows vista.

Could be one of two things -

One or more of the new sticks are bad. To rule this out, download and run memtest86+. Since you can get into your BIOS with the new RAM, you should be able to run memtest.

Or, your motherboard and/or CPU are not compatible with the new RAM. This is possible but since it is the same speed as the old RAM and they both appear to be non-ECC (non server), the only thing that would be incompatible is the size or simply the brand.
