Question PC detects Samsung Android phone but can't connect to it ?

Hi all,

PC OS - Ubunbu 20.04
Samsung Galaxy S9+
Samsung Galaxy S6

After several updates of Ubuntu 20.04, my Samsung Android phones can't connect to my PC. USB connection cables are the same. Ubuntu 20.04 detects the phones but selecting "Allow" on Android phones can't connect it to PC.

It is very strange. Before it worked seamlessly.

Does it behave the same way if you boot up using live desktop (boot from iso image) ?
