PC did not boot so I replaced the PSU and it still won’t boot.

Few days ago my computer was working fine and then next thing I know next day I try to turn it on and it’s not turning on so, I thought PSU was dead. I bought a new power supply and replaced the old one. My PC still won’t boot no sound nothing. I5 8400. Asrock z370itx no GPU I just use intel UHD 630 Ballistic tactical DDR4 ram the system is less then 1 year old i tested the the new psu with Paper clippe and it works fan spins built-in LED’s light up but, as soon as I plug it into my motherboard and try to turn on the power button the Built in LEDs on the PSU light up for half a second/millisecond and then turn off. PC does not boot. Mobo and cpu Cables are connected one ram stick is connected no HD’s or SSD via Sata port but, I do have m2 Connected to a 256 GB ssd But the operating system is not on that. Any ideas please would help.

Try breadboarding. Look it up/google. Means basically that you take the motherboard out of the case and see if that helps,put it onto a piece of carton or the old motherboard box.Just use parts as you described before,nothing more.

Might as well give makers/models/wattages of psu's used.
