Question PC did not boot until after I hit reset button

My pc did not want to boot today, never happened before. Every fan and light was on but no picture ever appeared on screen. The white LED light on the mobo was on, it stopped in its usual color cycling. I hit the reset button, not knowing what else to do and the pc booted. I have turned it back on and off several times and it seems to boot. (Restarts, full shutdowns and unplugging it for 10 min or so.) I can enter the bios and there was nothing unusual in the error log. What should I do now?

check the SSD with samsung magician. other than that, don´t worry, can happen after a windows update or similar

Just did a full scan with samsung magician, every sector was blue and it says the drive is in good condition. Crystal disk indicates the same. I have not updated windows since April 7th, expect for Win Defender updates.
