Question PC didn't wake up overnight

I usually leave my computer on overnight, and I just wake it up in the morning. Recently installed new mobo, ram, cpu, and everything was running fine for about 3 weeks. But a few days ago, I tried to wake the pc and nothing. No signal to the monitors. Shut if off, on, still nothing. I made sure all the cables inside were still plugged in. Tried switching the monitor cables to the mobo; no good. Tried taking ram out and putting it back in; no good. Tried resetting cmos; no good. All the lights and fans are spinning, so I'm having a difficult time identifying what the problem might be. Any ideas?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600x
MSI b550 mpg gaming plus
32gb ram - corsair vengeance
1060 6gb
750 watt psu - cx750m

Hey there,

Did you use the same Windows install? Just plug everything in?

If you did not resinstall windows with new mob/CPU, then this is likely the issue. You will have loads of drivers hanging around which are not for your new system.

I'd start there.
Hmmm, I can't even access the BIOS though. Is there still something I could do to try this?

If you hold the del key on power on ....I think check the manual...does it get into the bios.

There should be some led on the motherboard that show if it gets stuck maybe on VGA or boot.

This is where having a onboard GPU helps. Plugging into your motherboard video ports will not work with the CPU chip you have. Do you have a old video card laying around. All you really care about is can you even get the bios screen to display so you do further testing.
