Pc died wont turn back on psu fine mobo?

How do you know the PSU is okay? Specs? How old is the PC? Any electrical issues in the area recently? More details.

Well i used my familys computer to test it and it booted up that computer fine couldnt test it on mine because im not sure of that computers psu wattage all compnents are just over 2 months old no previous issues and we had a powercut about a month ago thats about it i know of

Computer spec

Asus x99-deluex
I7 5820k
Corsair vengence lpx 2666mhz 16gb
Evga gtx 970 superclocked
Samsung 850evo 500gb ssd
Evga supernova 1000w

Does it literally do nothing when you press the power button? Do the fans move at all?

No case fans power up my cpu pump light flashs on and then off instantly also hear the PSU male a click sound only does this after the psu is unplugged and replugged in after this it does nothing untill unplugged again

Just to note all my fans are plugged directly to mobo and not psu

Also done the paperclip trick and tested currrent psu on another computer works fine

Will do going to bench it properly today hopefully within the next 4 hours i will have figured a problem out

Ok so after a bench testing
All options i have tryed

1,2,4 mem configs and using diffrent ram cards on 1,2

2 diffrent gpus

Tryed psu on other computer again havent tested my mobo on another psu dont have access to powerful enough one

No ram cards and no ssd attached just mobo cpu and cooler all still same symptom

Press power button flicks on flicks off instantly cpu cooler light flashs on and psu makes auduible clicking sound
