Question PC Display Mouse and Keyboard keep turning off when I Plug Ethernet into Ethernet port

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core

GIGABYTE B550M DS3H AMD Ryzen Micro ATX Ultra Durable

Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super OC 6GB

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (2x8GB) DDR4

Thermaltake Versa H18 Window Micro Case

Router is a Linksys EA7500 Model

A Majority of the time when I plug my Ethernet Cable or turn on the router my Motherboard seems to stop working more specifically the Mouse, Keyboard and HDMI plugged into my Graphics Card stop responding (Display on my Moniter ceases), what could be the issue I'm encountering here, I also have an additional issue where I cannot connect to the Internet with the Ethernet although it has Connected every now and then but periodically stops.

I'm only posting this here as I suspect it may be a motherboard issue but I'm not quite sure.

I wonder if its the PSU not being able to run everything.

I guess it could be motherboard as well. there just aren't any tests for the motherboard.
