Question PC DISPLAYS NOTHING ON POWER ON

I was playing a game and then my pc froze, and then upon restarting , the pc displays nothing. No beeps or anything like that.
I've tried:
Resetting the CMOS battery
Unplugging the GPU and Ram (2 sticks)
and then rebooted ,the pc beeped cause of the missing ram.
Im not sure what telse t o do.

NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610
Windows 10
16GB RAM

Will the pc boot into Safe Mode?
