[SOLVED] PC does not boot anymore. Just my RAM RGB is lighting up.

Hello!
I have build a new system and it was working for a week but now it wont boot. When i try to boot my PC, just the RAM is lighting up. I have no boot display and no debug codes showing up on my mainboard. At first i thought my mainbord is broken and so i got a new one, from the same brand. But after swiching to the new mainbord, i still had the same problem.
Its a custom water loop system and i tested it for leaks and had no leaks. I have build many PC but never had this problem. I am grateful for any help i get! (sorry for my grammar, i am not a nativ english speaker)
PC:
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900k
GPU: RTX 2080ti
Mainbord: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 4x16 GB
PSU: Corsair RM1000x

No i did not. It just stopt working.

Can you check the connections from the PSU? Or better yet check the PSU itself.

I have tested all the connections. All looks right ... just the RAM is lighting up. I will get a other PSU later the day and try that.

I have solved the problem. The PSU was broken. Thank you all for helping.
