PC does not boot from Bootable USB drive

I have bought a new USB and then i make it bootable to install windows 10 but the problem is BIOS does not detect the bootable USB device i have checked everything changed the boot order of USB to be first but it still does not detect. i have formatted and make the USB bootable many times even i verify whether the USB is bootable or not using a tool called MobaLiveCD which tells the usb is bootable but still the BIOS does not show USB device in Boot option. I have installed windows many times before using bootable USB but this is the first time this is happening to me.
Please help if u have any solution.

seagate_surfer, i don't have other computer to test with but what if the USB does not work on other computer what might be the reason of this? as i have said in my question above that i bought a new USB 3.0 (32GB) is that a issue with USB? I've never faced that issue before until my old USB gets broken.

uak, does the drive have any activity? Do the lights turn on? It is hard to tell what has happened. If it is new it is best to contact the drive manufactures support line.

I have managed other computer to check USB and it worked but my computer still does not recognized it Why?

Ok finally i found the cause, My laptop ports support USB 2.0 only and the USB which i try to boot from is USB 3.0.
