PC does not boot only one led on.

Hi,

I have an Asus B85 pro gamer motherboard. It was working fine when suddenly it froze and had to force shut down it. Now it is not booting again. I took everything out and installed it again still not booting. I even change the power supply. Only the SB_PWR is on. When I press the power button the fan spins for about 2 seconds and then it starts again.

Do you think the motherboard is dead?

First make sure all components (CPU, memory and video card) are seated properly and evenly.

And check that all cables are connected properly as well.

If the system still doesn't boot with another known working PSU installed, then it appears the motherboard may be faulty.
