Whenever I try to turn on my pc, nothing but my motherboard LEDs turn on. No display or fans. I have an MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard and it has this EZ Debug LED feature that may help on figuring out the problem. When I turn it on, the CPU LED turns on for a moment then turns off. The DRAM, VGA, and BOOT LEDs do not light up. There are two lit up LEDs above the two occupied ram slots that may indicate that the MB recognizes that there is ram. Nothing else but the lights on the back of the MB, which I would assume are decorative, are on.

Any help on what the LEDs mean and any possible solutions to the problem?

Look and see if there is a label on the leds above ram slots. I would try reseating ram and cpu. Make sure everything is properly connected.
There does not seem to be any labels on the ram LEDs, but it seems that reseating the cpu has worked. That was the one thing that I didn’t want to do when looking around my pc for loose wires, thanks for the suggestion!
