[SOLVED] PC does not boot stays on black screen with no bios unless press CTRL+ALT+Del

Hi, I just reset bios but even there was black screen and I press CTRL+ALT+DEL then I get press F1 to setup page. Motherboard is B450 Tomahawk.

Hard to tell what the problem is, take a picture of your uefi bios setup screen.
Check the sata links for the hdd/ssd make sure they are both being read by the mobo.

Actually I use flashback to downgrade BIOS version but i select 7C02v19 version, so it fix my issue.
